How long is the consult?
Consultations are scheduled for 30 minutes. If we need more time, we’ll accommodate during the session when possible or help you book an additional time that works for you.
Is this virtual or in person?
Most sessions are virtual. In-person support may be available based on need and location.
What if I need to change my time?
Use the reschedule/cancel link in your confirmation email, or you may call.
Can you join hospital or ER visits?
Yes—virtually or in person when appropriate. If urgent, book the earliest slot and email us.
Do you provide medical or legal advice?
No. We provide clinical advocacy and education so you can make informed decisions with your clinicians/attorneys.
Privacy reminder
Please do not include protected health information (PHI) in the booking form. We’ll move to a secure channel after intake.
